Mediation Services

Whiteley law and mediation services primarily offers mediation services in family law and probation matters including aging adult issues, guardianship, and conservatorship.  If you are interested in more information please visit our FAQ page.

Payment

for in person mediation appointments payment can be made via cash, check, money order, or any major credit or debit card.

for zoom mediations clients will be invoiced via square at the conclusion of the mediation appointment. payment can be made using any major credit or debit card.

Payment for mediation is required three (3) business days prior to an in person appointment. payment for zoom mediations are due immediately following the conclusion of the mediation appointment.
